Part of the Fabric of Wirral
Leverhulem Logo White

Leverhulme has been part of the fabric of Wirral life for over 130 years.

The 1st Viscount Leverhulme had the vision for Port Sunlight – to this day still used as an example of model village excellence.

Today, we are responsible for managing land in Wirral and elsewhere as well as providing commercial properties for thriving businesses and homes for people of all ages.

We are passionate about Wirral and the need to ensure it is a wonderful place for this generation and future generations to live, work and enjoy their precious leisure time.

We hope the website gives you a good insight into both the history of the Estate and the work we undertake today.

Access across and through the Estate

We are pleased that people are exercising on the Estate, however, may we request you only use the public rights of way.

Our Estate comprises the homes and businesses of many families and unauthorised access across Estate farmland and tracks puts the safety of our occupiers at risk as well as those taking the access.

Please do stick to the public rights of way.

Thank you
